Met the owner at Birch Hill Ranger Trail/Rte 68 in Chase Memorial Forest. Surrounded by Conservation/Recreational Areas we walked North along 833′ of frontage on Rte 68, aka South Royalston Rd, then turned right /East onto Toney Rd, an unmaintained town road. Viewed 1028’ of frontage to the Northern boundary mark & the elevated 2010 percolation and deep hole testing site (see report). Found a recorded Plan of Land (see attached) identifying 5 “Drill Holes Set” in the perimeter stone wall. Some barways have been added. Already in a Right-to-farm Community this Rural Residential & Agricultural Zoned property has many opportunities. For those looking for a water feature, there is a pooling area on the southern border and an outlet stream that runs north and under Toney Rd. Wetland Delineation Report attached. As always you are welcome to walk the property at your leisure and personal risk, stepping loudly with purpose, and taking precautions not to startle animals & humans alike.
